Hold Bars Window

Hold is the current consolidation band, which is what the buy and stop are derived from; Since alert is the whole move, with the hold marked inside it. OVERSOLD is MFI(14) < 20 or CCI(20) < -200, in the bottom third of a 48-bar range, excluding halted bars and anything down 12%+ over three bars; it beeps and pushes via ntfy for rows the filters SHOW. PICKING UP also beeps (page only, no push) when a shown name switches into it, at most once per name per 30 minutes. A running man marks any row that switched into RUNNING or PICKING UP in the last 10 minutes (RUNNING does not beep). Measured 30.1%/45.3% at 6h/24h against random entry's 34.8%/51.1% — below random, so treat it as a prompt to look rather than a signal.
RECLAIM marks a dip of 2.5%+ under the base floor that closed back above it within 30 minutes, with the age since the reclaim; the notch under the Hold track is the dip low, which is where a stop would sit. It is a SEPARATE signal from the hold and equally unvalidated. Buy zone is the bottom third of the hold; stop sits 0.5% under the range low. Off peak is price against the high since the alert. Human, Quality, AI, News and Cats are read from superalerts_export.json, not recomputed, so they match superalerts.html exactly.
Numeric filters accept >5, <-20 or a plain substring. Live: the board re-polls /api/basing every 2 minutes and the stamp shows the build time and how long since the last poll. With the server down it keeps the snapshot it was built with (09:16 ET) and says nothing more.
Not validated. 105 alerts across 11 names reached +20% with drawdown under 10% in 30% of cases, and that figure has no benchmark. The volume-dying filter was tested and dropped: 35 / 21 / 42 / 29 / 24% across volume bands, no ordering.
