How to read this page

Prototype. One row per stock trading in pre-market, from the scanner's tapes (every US stock, 1-minute bars from 04:00). Pick a morning and an as of time: every column then shows only what was known at that moment. Today is live when the page is served by the trading server and the Alpaca scanner is running: it reads the scanner's tape every 30 seconds and the now column moves forward. Names under $0.50 are missing because the scanner does not record them.
Watch (top table) always lists the previous session's SuperAlerts, whether or not they qualify for the main list. AH floor = the lowest 1-minute low 16:00–20:00 on the alert day. HOLDING while no pre-market minute (04:01 on) has traded under it; BROKEN hh:mm from the first minute that does. Read up to the as-of time. In-sample dry run, Sep 15 – Oct 15: held 10 of 15 reached +20% in pre-market, broken 5 of 42.
A stock is listed when, at the chosen time, it is up 5% or more on the prior close and 50%+ of its float or $2M has traded.

FLR uses a fixed run-up: the 3-month low has to come before the high. The SuperAlerts category still uses high ÷ low, which counts a straight collapse as a run.
Capital structure: on today's live list, click any row (marked ▸) for shares, float, ownership, short interest and cash (Finviz, today), authorised vs outstanding shares (SEC, filed by this morning) and the last 120 days of SEC filings, with anything that brings new stock in red.
